The new charges against Casey Anthony involve "some monies and checks in an account that did not belong to her and she knew that," Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff's Department said.

Anthony was dressed in a T-shirt with her daughter Caylee's picture on it, CNN reported. The shirt also bore the words "Have you seen me?"

When Anthony reported Caylee, 3, missing in July, she told police she had left her daughter several weeks earlier in the care of another woman. She has been charged with neglect and was free on bail.
