Vandals hit Obama office in Minnesota

ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Vandals smashed windows and spilled paint early Sunday at a Minnesota campaign office for likely Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, police said.

Police were called to the office in St. Paul just after 1 a.m., KARE-TV, Minneapolis-St. Paul reported. They found plate glass windows and a glass door shattered and some paint splattered on the interior and exterior of the building.

Police said one person was inside the building but was not injured.

Police were searching for suspects in the vandlaism, KARE said.
