Drew Peterson's attorney Joel Brodsky said a student known as "Mike," who attended Joliet Junior College with Stacy Peterson, told police that she said she wanted out of her marriage with a 58-year-old retired Bolingbrook, Ill., police sergeant.

Brodsky said she was advised to "take the cash money and not use her credit cards to preclude being found" The Chicago Tribune reported Thursday.
