HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Convicted sex offender George Feigley, now 68, is moving back into his old home in Harrisburg, Pa., after 30 years in prison and his new neighbors are nervous.

Feigley ran a school that authorities called a sex cult back in the 1970s in the same house he's moving back to, the Harrisburg Patriot-News said. He went to prison after he was convicted of raping three girls.

He not only is free from prison, but he's free from monitoring or probationary restraints, officials said, though he's still considered a risk.

Angel Fox, who would be Feigley's next-door neighbor, voiced concern over her children's welfare. Fox staged a protest and started a petition drive to prevent his return.

Authorities say they can't keep Feigley in prison or restrict where he lives, the report said.
