Poll: Almost half in U.S. creationist
TORONTO, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- A Greyhound Canada billboard ad that refers to "bus rage" is being pulled after a savage attack and beheading of a traveler last week in Manitoba.
The print and billboard campaign began in late 2007, and featured the slogan: "There's a reason you've never heard of bus rage."
Greyhound spokeswoman Abby Wambaugh told the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. the campaign is over, but some of the billboards remain up and will be taken down as quickly as possible.
Last Wednesday, a sleeping 22-year-old man was suddenly stabbed multiple times with a machete and then decapitated on a Greyhound bus near Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
Vincent Li, 40, was arrested after a four-hour standoff with police and charged with second degree murder.
At Li's second court appearance Tuesday, court was told the victim's severed nose, ear and part of his mouth were found in a plastic bag in Li's pocket after his arrest, the Winnipeg Free Press reported.
