NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., July 16 (UPI) -- A man arrested in Florida for having a "sex slave" agreement with a teen has avoided jail and instead was ordered to serve three years probation.
Police said Andrew Michael Kobak, 35, a former Florida resident who now lives in Pennsylvania, also known as "Master Drew," came into contact with a 19-year-old bipolar and schizophrenic woman on the Internet who he recruited as his "sex slave," the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times reported Wednesday.
Authorities said a 10-page document deemed "Master Drew's Slavery Contract" detailed the expectations of the relationship between Kobak and the woman.
The woman acted as Kobak's "sex slave" and a prostitute until police arrested him at his New Port Richey, Fla., home last year, the newspaper said.
The Times said Kobak, who initially faced a possible 90-year jail sentence, will only serve three years of probation after pleading guilty to one count each of deriving proceeds from prostitution, maintaining a place of prostitution and possession of marijuana.
