Mother said Josh Powell threatened her

FORT WRIGHT, Ky., July 2 (UPI) -- Police in a Cincinnati suburb say they busted an alleged prostitute who accepted a $100 gas card as payment for services rendered.
The arrest occurred last week at a motel in Fort Wright, Ky., where a woman known to police apparently decided a fill-up was a worthy exchange.
"When people are selling their bodies for gas, that's pretty sad," Ken Easterling, chief prosecutor in the Kenton County Attorney's Office, told The Cincinnati Enquirer.
The newspaper said the arrest was part of a surveillance operation aimed at prostitution in which online ads were used to arrange appointments.
