WASHINGTON, June 27 (UPI) -- The House Judiciary Committee has issued a subpoena for unredacted interviews with President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.

Committee Chairman John Conyers, D-Mich., specifically subpoenaed interviews that special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald had with Bush and Cheney about former CIA operative Valerie Plame, The Politico reported Friday.

Conyers is also seeking FBI notes of interviews with former top White House officials, including Bush's former political adviser Karl Rove, Cheney's former chief of staff Lewis "Scooter" Libby, former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan and White House advisers Dan Bartlett and Andrew Card.

Additionally, Conyers is seeking any materials in the Department of Justice's possession related to the firing of a U.S. attorney in Minnesota, the department's civil rights activities and the "selective prosecution" of Democratic politicians such as former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman.

The subpoena, issued to Attorney General Michael Mukasey, demands production of the documents by July 7, The Politico reported.
