The NFL player was listed in fair condition late Monday afternoon after being taken to Sunrise Medical Center's Trauma unit. Police reportedly said Walker had significant injuries.

Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Norm Clarke reportedly described seeing Walker twice during the weekend buying large amounts of expensive champagne for local casino patrons. The last incident at Body English at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino lasted until 6:30 a.m. Monday and cost Walker at least $15,000.
