BOSTON, June 13 (UPI) -- Two Boston college students who videotaped two women having sex in another school's dormitory could face criminal charges, officials said.

Court officials say they are waiting for Wentworth Institute of Technology to complete its investigation of the incident, the Boston Globe reported. Two Wentworth juniors, David Cunha and David Siemiesz, allegedly taped the scene in a neighboring Massachusetts College of Art dorm from their own dorm suite and then posted the video on a Wentworth computer network site.

The women, Rosanne Strott and Emily Niland, only learned of the videotaping months after the fact, when a Wentworth student told one of them.

"I never felt so violated without anybody touching me before," Strott told the Globe.

Police say the Wentworth students could be charged with a misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of 2 ½ years in jail.
