Jack Tuckner, founder of Tuckner Sipser Weinstock & Sipser, is being sued by a woman worked as an office manager for his firm three years ago, the New York Daily News reported Thursday.
Lisa Brockington, 40, who at one time asked Tuckner to represent her in a discrimination case, claims he initiated conversations about sex at work and creating a sexist environment.
"Lisa felt betrayed, abused and humiliated. She is a courageous person, however, and thankfully, she has the fortitude to fight back," the woman's lawyer Louis Pechman said.
The suit, filed Wednesday in a New York court, says Tuckner Sipser Weinstock & Sipser is "a far cry from the champion of women's rights it publicized itself to be."
The firm said Brockington's accusations contain "absolutely no truth."
