KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 5 (UPI) -- Kidding around with the Internal Revenue Service by sending an envelope containing white powder could cost a Minnesota prison inmate another five years inside.

Jonathan Kenneth Joyner, 21, pleaded guilty Wednesday to sending the letter to the IRS in Kansas City, Mo., the Kansas City Star reported. In addition to what turned out to be baby powder, the envelope held a note that said "Anthrax Breath Deep Pig Ha Ha Ha."

Investigators say Joyner sent the letter five days after he was notified last year that his tax refund was being returned to the U.S. Treasury.

Joyner faces a sentence of up to five years.
