Report: Marine dies in non-combat incident

BAGHDAD, May 31 (UPI) -- A U.S. Marine has been killed in a non-combat incident in Iraq, the military said.

CNN said it was told by military officials the Marine was killed Friday, but could immediately obtain any additional information.

The death brings the total number of U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq to 4,086, with 21 deaths in May, it said.
