TAMPA, Fla., May 29 (UPI) -- A U.S. judge in Florida left it to lawyers to decide how much alleged pornography jurors will see during an obscenity trial.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bucklew said in Tampa, Fla., that she won't require the panel to sit through all five films that are part of the case against Southern California filmmaker Paul Little.
Little is charged with delivering obscene material via the U.S. mail and through a computer server in Tampa, not far from the federal courthouse.
The jury was reportedly quite uncomfortable after a 40-minute screening Wednesday, which prompted Bucklew to revisit her earlier decision to require watching the entire collection.
The St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times said attorneys would decide just how much of each film they will present to the jurors.
The Times also noted that a male juror sent a note to the judge Thursday asking if they could watch a few clips of each movie rather than the entire film.
