GARLAND, Texas, May 21 (UPI) -- A two-year-old Texas boy was fatally injured when his mother pulled her Chevy Tahoe into the driveway where he was lying with his father to view the stars.
Police said Marvin Segovia of Garland was star gazing when his mother came home from the supermarket and pulled onto the driveway not realizing he was there, The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported Wednesday.
"Apparently Mr. Segovia dozed off and when his wife returned he did not hear her turning into the driveway," said officer Joe Harn, a police spokesman.
"So far from evidence gathered at the scene, investigators believe at this time this is purely a tragic accident," Harn added.
