FORT WORTH, Texas, May 15 (UPI) -- Two pit bulls allegedly went on a rampage in a Fort Worth, Texas, mobile home park, hospitalizing a 3-year-old and her aunt, authorities said.

The 3-year-old girl was taken to Cook Children's Medical Center in critical condition and her aunt went to Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital after two pit bulls reportedly attacked them Wednesday night, the Fort Worth (Texas) Star-Telegram reported.

Walter Winters, manager of the mobile home park, said people who live there have to sign an agreement before moving in.

"They state, 'No pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, chows or other dangerous breeds,' If we would have known, I would have given them a notice to get rid of the dogs or vacate the property," Winters said.

The pit bulls were taken into animal control custody and the Fort Worth Crimes Against Children Unit was probing the attack, the Star-Telegram said.
