Baitullah Mehsud, who denies involvement in the death of the former Pakistani prime minister, agreed to end Pakistan attacks, the Daily Telegraph reported.
"For the sake of general peace, provocative actions are strictly banned," he said in a cease-fire order."Violators of this order will be publicly hanged upside down in main bazaars."
