REDDITCH, England, April 23 (UPI) -- A disabled man's body was found Wednesday in the house where he lived in England and two men were detained on suspicion of murder.
The grisly discovery came two days after teenagers found the body of James Hughes' mother, The Telegraph reported. Heather Wardle's body was hanged in a patch of underbrush hear the home in Redditch, Worcestershire.
Hughes, 22, was severely retarded and suffered from epilepsy. He was unable to take care of himself or to walk any distance without assistance.
The search for Wardle and Hughes began not long after they were last seen Friday.
Police Superintendent Jane Horwood confirmed the discovery of Hughes' body and said that the house had been cordoned off while it was searched.
Wardle shared the house with her boyfriend, her three younger sons and Hughes.
