MIAMI, April 21 (UPI) -- Searchers reported no luck Monday in finding a boat that apparently foundered in the Caribbean Sea during the weekend, killing at least 20 Haitian immigrants.

Three survivors were rescued Sunday by U.S. and Bahamian coast guard personnel who were called out at dawn after other mariners heard their calls for help.

The Miami Herald reported the survivors said they had been in the water since Saturday morning and had been traveling in a speedboat.

CNN reported the search was continuing about 15 miles off Nassau, but neither the boat nor any other survivors had been located.
