YONGDENG, China, April 15 (UPI) -- Authorities blamed a traffic jam in front of a tollgate for a pileup that left four people dead and seven injured in China's Gansu province.
The chain-reaction crash Monday on Highway 312 in Yongdeng began when a cement truck plowed into a farm vehicle transporting a group of miners.
