CLEVELAND, April 9 (UPI) -- A 10-year-old Cleveland boy is accused of accidentally killing his 11-year-old sister Wednesday with a gun he found in their home, police said.

Authorities said the 10-year-old boy found the 22-caliber revolver in a closet while picking out his school clothes Wednesday morning, WEWS-TV, Cleveland reported. Police said the boy removed the gun from the closet and asked, "What's this?' to his 14-year-old brother.

Police said the 14-year-old told them he took the revolver and a 22-caliber rifle into the home after finding them behind a nearby vacant home.

Authorities said six siblings and both of their parents were inside the home when the shooting occurred.

The 14-year-old reportedly is being held at the Cuyahoga County Detention Center and faces a charge of felonious assault. It is reported that the 10-year-old is not likely to be charged.
