Analyst: Senate may decide Minn. election
Monday, December 1
Security staff at the Eaton Center called police to report they had observed the man repeatedly taking pictures of girls' faces then approaching them to talk. The security videos showed the cell phone being positioned to take "up-skirt" photos as the man talked with the girls.
Police said in a news release the cell phone was seized, and said photos stored in it confirmed the security guards' allegations. The identities of the young women couldn't be immediately confirmed, the report said.
Michael Ng, 22, was charged with one count of voyeurism, and will make his first appearance May 6, police said.
