The remains were identified as belonging to Ronald Withrow of Roaring Springs, Texas, abducted Jan. 5, 2007, and John Roy Young of Kansas City, Mo., captured Nov. 16, 2006, CNN reported.

The FBI said it had notified the families of the contractors. There were no details on the causes of death.
