More than 11,000 pages of documents from the files of Clinton's scheduling director, Patti Solis Doyle, were made available on CD-ROM at the National Archives in Washington and the Clinton Presidential Library in Arkansas.
CNN said the documents detail the first lady's activities for nearly 2,900 days and include trips, speaking engagements and social activities.
They also include meetings, which researchers expect will shed some light on the influence she had on her husband's presidency.
Judicial Watch, an organization that served as a self-appointed watchdog of the Clinton administration, had pressed in court for the release of the schedules.
