CARACAS, Venezuela, March 17 (UPI) -- A free peace concert was held Sunday on a bridge connecting Colombia and Venezuela, which recently had a diplomatic spat.

The concert featured several artists, including Grammy-award winner Juanes, El Universal reported.

The festivities took place on the Simon Bolivar Bridge connecting northeastern Colombia with Venezuela.

The two countries were at odds early this month after Colombian forces entered Ecuadorian territory without permission to kill a Colombian rebel leader and several of his followers.
