ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, March 15 (UPI) -- An explosion in Islamabad, Pakistan, Saturday killed three people and injured at least 20 others, a report said.
Sky News reported the deadly explosion took place at Luna Caprese, an Italian restaurant in the Pakistani capital, and that one U.S. citizen is among the dead.

The British broadcaster said the blast was heard throughout Islamabad, adding that fire and police services immediately responded to the explosion.
Meanwhile, the BBC cited Pakistani security officials saying at least one person was confirmed dead in Saturday's blast.
The BBC said the eatery in central Islamabad was particularly popular with foreigners.
No reason had been given for the blast.
