Florida millionaire faces third lawsuit

PALM BEACH, Fla., March 5 (UPI) -- Another young woman is suing a Palm Beach, Fla., millionaire in federal court for allegedly sexually assaulting her during a massage, court documents show.

The woman, named "Jane Doe No. 3" in court documents, accuses Jeffrey Epstein of sexually assaulting her at his mansion in 2004 or 2005 when she was 16, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported Wednesday.

"He laid down on the massage table and sexually assaulted Jane Doe during the massage. In addition, Jeffrey Epstein masturbated during the massage," the lawsuit states.

This is the third $50 million suit filed by Miami attorney Jeffery Herman against Epstein in the past three months, though one case has been withdrawn until the plaintiff turns 18. All three accuse Epstein of having a "sexual preference and obsession for underage minor girls."

Epstein also is facing a 2006 felony prostitution solicitation charge, which will be discussed in a hearing Monday.

Jack Goldberger, an attorney for Epstein, told the Palm Beach Post the women's attorney is "grandstanding" and called the latest action "just another copycat lawsuit ."

"We now have sworn testimony that girls lied about their age to Jeffrey Epstein and they were careful in being convincing that they were over the age of 18," Goldberger said.
