The main changes in upcoming weeks include naming members of the Orange Democratic Movement to the expanded Cabinet and conducting a review of government framework and civil service, The Nation reported Monday.

"A new government will be formed to reflect the genuine spirit of change, equality and democracy," ODM secretary-general Anyang' Nyong'o said.

Laws to create the posts of Prime Minister and two deputies will be enacted by Members of Parliament and they will be required to reflect the changes in Parliament's Standing Orders, the report said.

The titles "prime minister" and "deputy prime minister" reportedly will be added to standing orders as part of the new law.
