CARACAS, Venezuela, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Venezuelan officials say the release of three more hostages being held by left-wing Colombian rebels is imminent.

According to Venezuelan Interior Minister Ramon Rodriguez Chacin, Colombia's Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, told his ministry where to find the hostages so they could be picked up and brought to Venezuela, Globovision TV reported Tuesday.

Venezuelan officials helped last month with the recovery of two FARC hostages who had been held for several years.

FARC rebels have been battling the Colombian government for decades.
