ST. LOUIS, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- An HIV-positive man has been charged in Illinois with having unprotected sex soon after he was released from serving a prison term on the same charge.

Casey Yonts allegedly had sex with both his 24-year-old girlfriend and her younger sister, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. The girlfriend reportedly turned him in after learning he was also involved with her sister.

Detective Craig Welch of the Bethalto, Ill., Police Department said that both women claim Yonts did not tell them he was infected with the virus that causes AIDS. Yonts said that he did tell them.

Yonts, who pleaded guilty in 2005 to criminal transmission of the HIV virus, is being held in lieu of $200,000 bail.
