Son who raped sister killed by Dad

WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- Political observers say Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton made some costly mistakes when she largely ignored some caucus states, a report said.
The Washington Post reported Friday that both Democratic strategists and rival Barack Obama's campaign are puzzled by the New York senator's decision to cede caucus states to Obama.
Rather than focus on small states, Clinton has focused her energies on winning such delegate-rich states as California, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
To make up lost ground, the newspaper said Clinton will need wins in Texas, Ohio and Wisconsin.
