ORANJESTAD, Aruba, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Sources say a suspect in Natalee Holloway's disappearance may be returned to Aruba and arrested for a third time, CNN reported Saturday.
The island's chief prosecutor, Hans Mos, has asked a judge to return Joran van der Sloot from the Netherlands, where he is attending college, CNN said.
Mos' office said it has new information and needs to question van der Sloot again, CNN reported, noting Mos has made no move to re-arrest Satish and Deepak Kalpoe -- the brothers previously named as suspects in the case.
All three have maintained their innocence since Holloway, then 18, disappeared in 2005 while visiting Aruba with classmates celebrating graduation from high school in Birmingham, Ala.
Holloway reportedly last was seen with van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers. The three men were arrested and released in 2005 and re-arrested last November, with authorities citing new evidence. A judge, however, ruled the new evidence was not enough to keep the suspects in jail.
