DALLAS, Ore., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- A Dallas, Ore., woman and her boyfriend have posted signs displaying the name and alleged crimes of a man accused of drunkenly driving into their house.
Brooke Stuller and her boyfriend posted signs outside their home after neighbor Loren Kowing allegedly crashed into their daughter's room, which was unoccupied at the time, while driving under the influence of alcohol, KPTV-TV, Portland, Ore., reported Tuesday.
"Loren Kowing was drunk!! Hit my kids room," a large sign in Stuller's front yard reads.
"Everybody was looking at our house wondering, and we wanted to make sure everybody knew exactly what happened," Stuller said.
"My children don't sleep at night," Stuller said. "They're scared something is going to happen again and it very well could."
Kowing has been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Police said he is driving on a 30-day temporary permit.
