NEW YORK, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- The U.S. government wants a share of the money Victoria Gotti receives from her ex-husband, who got 10 years for racketeering.

Gotti got the couple's Long Island mansion and $12,500 a month in alimony and $12,500 a month for their three sons -- Carmine, John and Frank -- who star in the cable reality TV show "Growing Up Gotti."

The couple's Old Westbury estate, which was on the market for $3.9 million in 2006, has a government lien against the four-acre property, The New York Daily News reported Tuesday.

The monthly child support convicted mobster Carmine Agnello pays to Victoria, the daughter of the late Gambino crime boss John Gotti, dropped to $10,777 last year when Carmine turned 21, which makes him an adult under New York law, the newspaper reported.

The total divorce package is estimated to be worth $7 million over the course of Gotti's life with John, 20, and Frank, 17, collecting until they reach adulthood.
