Chef Miki Nozawa killed by disgruntled customers in Germany

ROBBINS, Ill., Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Authorities say an Illinois man suspected of breeding fighting dogs has been arrested for keeping 15 pit bulls in a one-room trailer in a junkyard.
James Foster, 59, of Robbins, was charged Friday with animal abuse and not giving the dogs adequate veterinary care, the Chicago Tribune reported Saturday.
Foster, who was living with the dogs in the small and filthy trailer, had been breeding and selling dogs for about four years, possibly for fighting purposes, police told the newspaper.
