HONOLULU, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Honolulu police have arrested a man for allegedly trying to board a flight to Ohio with two loaded guns.
Police alleged Christopher Hollie attempted to board a flight at the Honolulu airport this weekend with a .45 handgun and a .9 mm semi-automatic hidden in his luggage, Honolulu's KITV reported Sunday.
Airline security officials allegedly found the weapons hidden among Hollie's clothes Saturday and the fact both weapons were loaded prompted immediate concern.
Police alleged that once Hollie was arrested, he became uncooperative and did not offer a reason for traveling with the loaded weapons.
TSA officials applauded their security officers' effort and Hollie was charged with four felony gun charges.
KITV said his first court hearing in relation to those charges is scheduled to take place Monday.
