Bhutto remembered with prayer

LARKANA, Pakistan, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- The family of late Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto Sunday urged her followers to continue her struggle for democracy.

''Benazir Bhutto has died, but a Bhutto will emerge from every home," said Bhutto's husband, Asif Ali Zardari, flanked by their son, Bilawal, 19, during a prayer gathering in her ancestral village of Naudero, India's NDTV reported.

Hundreds of Bhutto's followers recited special prayers marking the third day of her burial.

Bhutto was assassinated in Rawalpindi Thursday and being remembered with 40 days of mourning.
