NEW YORK, Dec. 25 (UPI) -- John A. "Junior" Gotti's wife, Kim, reportedly is nursing a minor bite wound inflicted by their pit bull puppy at their New York home.
A family source told the New York Daily News Monday the Gotti family will keep the pooch and no real harm was done.

"She had it looked at, and nothing was needed except topical ointment," the source said.
The family source called the Gottis "devout animal lovers" who are determined to keep the usually tame canine.
A sign on the family's gate reads, "Warning, Do Not Enter. Security Dog."
