Prodigy, 21, about to become doctor

CANBERRA, Australia, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- An Australian court ruled Friday that a cousin of a man accused of a terrorist attack in Britain has the right to live and work in Australia.
The federal court found that Kevin Andrews, the former immigration minister, did not have grounds to revoke Dr. Mohamed Haneef's visa, The Australian reported.
Haneef 's second cousin is one of the suspects in an attempted car bombing in central London and a bungled bombing at Glasgow Airport. Haneef became a suspect because he had lent his telephone SIM card to his cousin.
Although he was released less than a month after his arrest at the Brisbane Airport, Haneef was forced to return to India.
Andrews said that there was secret evidence for denying Haneef a visa.
