TEHRAN, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Iran does not accept Interpol's arrest warrants for five Iranians wanted for a 1994 bombing in Argentina, a foreign ministry spokesman said Thursday.

Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini said the Interpol decision does not mean Argentina's claim the men were involved in bombing of the Argentine-Israel Mutual Association is true, Fars News Agency reported.

The bombing killed 85 people.

The Interpol general assembly approved detention orders Wednesday for five Iranians and a Lebanese national.

Hosseini said Argentina and Interpol are under pressure from Israel.

Those named in the Interpol detention orders are former Iranian Intelligence Minister Ali Fallahian, who allegedly ordered the killing of three Iranian Kurds in Berlin, and Ahmad Vahidi, Mohsen Rabbani, Mohsen Rezaei, Ahmad Reza Asghari, and Lebanese Imad Moughnieh, wanted for their alleged part in the Buenos Aires bombing.
