Tucson shooting photos of crime scene, evidence released

MOSCOW, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Russia's military Sunday started a week of large-scale exercises in fighting illegal militias and terrorist groups.
The exercises in far east Russia are being led by Yuri Baluyevsky, chief of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, RIA Novosti reported Sunday.
The training through Nov. 3 is also focusing on neutralizing potential armed conflicts within Russia and organizing logistic and technical support for troops in the far eastern region, RIA Novosti reported.
