"I know exactly who wants to kill me," she said in an interview with Paris-Match. "It is dignitaries of the former regime of General Zia who are today behind the extremism and the fanaticism."
The interview was published on the magazine's Web site.
Zia overthrew the government of Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in a 1977 military coup and become president in 1978. Zulfikar Bhutto was hanged in 1979. Zia died in a plane crash after a decade as dictator.
More than 130 people were killed Thursday in the bombing as Bhutto traveled from the Karachi airport. No one has claimed responsibility.
