TEMPLETON, Mass., Oct. 10 (UPI) -- Charges will be filed against some of the five Massachusetts children who videotaped their assault of an 11-year-old autistic boy, police said.

Two girls and three boys were accused of ambushing the unidentified boy as he got off a school bus in Templeton, Mass., a community about 40 miles northwest of Worcester, WCVB-TV, Boston reported.

The incident happened Sept. 28 but police were reviewing the tape and limited details the boy could provide, the report said.

The alleged attackers were suspended from the Narragansett Middle School for the week and the school held an assembly on bullying.

The victim's aunt and legal guardian said she saw the videotape.

"When I watched the tape I was devastated," she told WCVB-TV. "They have video them pushing him in the woods and him being in there and them saying, 'Kick him while he's down,' and 'Do it again,'" his aunt said.
