FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Quarterback Tom Brady completed 22-of-38 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns Sunday to lead New England to a 34-17 victory over Cleveland.

Brady has now become the second NFL quarterback to throw at least three touchdowns in the first five games of a season. Steve Young was the first when he did it for the San Francisco 49ers in 1998.

New England’s Ben Watson had six receptions for 107 yards at Gillette stadium, as well as a pair of touchdowns, while Donte Stallworth caught one touchdown pass.

Derek Anderson managed to complete 22-of-43 passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns but also threw three interceptions for the Browns, putting them at 2-3 this season.
