Arrest made in Florida car arson spree

PALM BAY, Fla., Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Revenge is considered the motive in a series of car fires this week in a Florida neighborhood.

Palm Bay police Saturday arrested Robert Jaroma, 22, who allegedly torched several cars in his neighborhood after being involved in an unspecified beef with some of the victims.

Florida Today said Jaroma allegedly targeted many of the vehicles, but set fire to others because they were convenient.

The incidents unnerved folks in the area who parked their cars outside.

Jaroma was charged with multiple felony counts of arson and criminal mischief.
