Man wanted for killing mother, two sons

DALLAS, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- A Dallas man with a history of violence remained at large Sunday after allegedly killing his wife and her two young sons, police said.

Robert Sparks, 33, is accused of killing Chare Agnew, his wife of eight months, and her two children, Harold Sublet, 9, and Raeqwon Agnew, 10, The Dallas Morning News reported Sunday.

Agnew, 30, and her boys were found stabbed to death Saturday and her two teenage daughters bound and gagged in a closet in their southeast Dallas home. None of the children were Sparks' children, police said.

Sparks, who was unemployed, served 12 years on a 1991 charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and evading arrest, and was charged more recently with domestic assault, the newspaper reported.

"We all had fear for her," Cheryl Orange said of Agnew, her cousin.
