SEOUL, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun missed a Cabinet meeting Tuesday at his presidential office, citing fatigue, Yonhap news agency reported.
Roh was to have presided over the meeting. Prime Minister Han Duck-soo stepped in.

"Roh suddenly began to suffer from serious fatigue this morning, so he decided not to attend the weekly Cabinet meeting," spokesman Cheon Ho-seon was quoted as saying. "It's not clear whether his fatigue is caused by a cold."
No other details on the president were provided.
