Four injured in Las Vegas casino shooting

LAS VEGAS, July 6 (UPI) -- A Las Vegas man was arrested following a shooting in the New York New York casino early Friday that injured four casino patrons, police said.

Two men and two women who were shot were taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries after the 1 a.m. shootings, KLAS-TV, Las Vegas, reported.

Witnesses told the TV news the suspect walked into the casino and fired several shots into the crowd.

The suspect, identified as a man from Las Vegas, was in police custody, KLAS said.
