CANTON, Ohio, June 25 (UPI) -- Authorities in Canton, Ohio, have charged policeman Bobby Lee Cutts Jr. with killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend Jesse Marie Davis and hiding her body.

Court documents released Monday showed that police suspect Cutts killed Davis at her home on June 14, hid her body and then provided police with false information during their search for the missing woman, CNN reported.

Also charged in the case is 29-year-old Myisha Lynee Ferrell, who police also allege provided them with false information.

Authorities found Davis' body in Cuyahoga Valley National Park on Saturday and one source has said police found the body based on information provided by Cutts.

The county medical examiner's office said an exact cause of death in the case has yet to be determined.

Cutts, who is married, is suspected of being the father of Davis' unborn child and of having a 2-year-old son with her as well, CNN said.

One of Cutts' neighbors told CNN that FBI agents searched the 30-year-old's home on Saturday and took numerous items in as evidence in the case.
