Politics 2012: Ron Paul strategy keeps things interesting

BAGHDAD, June 18 (UPI) -- U.S. forces killed at least 20 terrorists, wounded six terror suspects and detained one more during operations in Iraq Monday.
U.S. military officials said those detained were believed to be members of a terror cell that transported weapons and explosives into Iraq.
U.S. and Iraqi forces reportedly came under heavy small-arms fire and rocket-propelled grenade attacks during the operations. There were no reports whether any U.S. personnel were killed or injured.
"Terrorists learned this morning that there is no safe haven in Iraq," said U.S. military spokesman Lt. Col. Christopher Garver. "Coalition forces will seek out and find terrorists anywhere and everywhere in Iraq."
